Course Offerings Dashboard (COD)

Quick guide

• Views (Overview, Sections, Instructors, Timetable, Rooms, Alerts) follow the Filters panel and the search bar.
• Tools (Instructor dashboard, Free rooms & times, Timetable export, Block check) always use the whole file; search still narrows their lists.
• Click a column heading to sort. Click a section, instructor or room row for details. Every list has an Excel button; the Alerts lists also have Copy for an email-ready text.
• Press / to search, Esc to clear it. Lists can be collapsed with the arrow next to their title.

Rules used

• By Pass Payroll: No means paid, Yes means unpaid.
• To Be Announced instructors and TBA rooms are left out of clash checks and statistics, but listed in Alerts.
• Combined classes (same instructor and time, in the same room or with the room TBA) are not clashes, even with different course codes.
• A computer lab room contains (CL). A lab course has a code ending in L.
• Fall courses end in 00-49, Spring courses in 50-99.
• Class times are read from the Days and Time columns (start-end), or from Schedule when those are empty.
